My family and I had a great stay, we really liked the location near the clean old town and various dining and entertainment options.

The location was indeed excellent and unbeatable, as I needed to be close to restaurants and bars. Check-in was smooth. This place was perfect for short stay; I will choose the place for future trips...

Le Plein Centre in Troyes is an really good stopover for families traveling between London and the Côte d'Azur. The location offers a beautiful view of the town square, secure 24hr parking, and contactless entry and exit. The apartment is clean, with fresh bedding, a super clean kitchen, and bathroom. The level of hygiene, contactless entry, cooking facilities, parking, and central location make this short stay accommodation perfect in the current situation.

Convenient location! The bed was super comfy 😊. This place is close to a cafe and a bank, as well as the charming old town and the city centre.

Great location with easy access to the city center and amenities. The bathroom in the studio flat was recently renovated and had a modern feel. The AC was effective and kept the room comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped for our needs and the shower had good water pressure. The apartment itself had a stylish design.

We encountered some difficulties. the entry codes provided via text were not accompanied by clear instructions, making it tricky to locate the correct door.

The location is fantastic, close to restaurants, bars, and the old town, and the rooms are modern and very clean.

Duvet not adequate.

My recent stay at Le Plein Centre in Troyes was amazing! The location was fantastic, with a beautiful view over the town square. The apartment itself was well appointed and modern, with a spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. I loved the kitchenette and dining area, convenient to prepare and enjoy meals. The cleanliness of the apartment was really good, and the contactless entry and secure 24-hour parking added an extra level of convenience and safety. I highly recommend this apartment for a short stay in Troyes.

One small drawback was that there was no kettle and mugs for a nice cup of tea, which as an English person, I missed. There was a fancy coffee machine and small espresso cups, but I would have preferred standard cups/mugs.

Great location in the heart of the city, with everything you need just a stone's throw away. The apartment was well-appointed and modern, with a spacious and clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette/dining area was convenient for preparing meals. Plus, the AC worked perfectly, keeping us cool during the hot weather.

The communication with the proprietor could have been better, as there was no response to my messages regarding the location and working the AC. the third bed, which was a fold-flat couch, was extremely uncomfortable due to a bar running up the center. It would be better to just sleep on the couch without converting it into a bed.

Lack of communication from proprietor.

The value for money at Le Plein Centre was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room, modern bathroom, and well-equipped kitchenette. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of town with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that could make the breakfast menu better would be the addition of more variety or options.
